🔎 About the Role

As a Visiting Analyst at XAnge, you will be an integral part of our investment team, gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the European startup ecosystem, working on the full investment cycle, from sourcing to due diligence and investment execution. You will develop key analytical and strategic skills while working alongside experienced investors and entrepreneurs.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Research emerging trends, industries, and investment opportunities in our focus areas.
• Source promising startups and conduct initial conversations with founders independently.
• Support due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, reference calls, and market research.
• Prepare in-depth investment memos, industry deep dives, and competitive landscape analyses.
• Engage with investors, industry experts, and ecosystem partners to strengthen XAnge’s network.

📄 Your Profile

• Strong academic background in management, technology, or a related field, with prior experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, investment banking, VC, or tech).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of high performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with startup founders and investment professionals.
• A passion for the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
